Booking & Cancellations Policy

To book an appointment, call us or use our online system. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Thank you for understanding.

Your appointments are very important to us. THANK YOU for understanding that CHILDREN under the age of 12 ARE NOT allowed in the building while you are receiving treatments. Please make other childcare arrangements out of respect for others who are receiving treatments.

Because we value both your time and ours, New Youth requires a variable booking fee when scheduling appointments. The fee varies according to the type of service scheduled. This FEE serves as a non-refundable down payment. In the event that you cancel, “No Show”, or reschedule your appointment without 24 hours’ notice, New Youth will KEEP your down payment. Advanced notice gives us the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other clients. The booking fee will be credited back to your account AFTER services are rendered.

If you are scheduling for multiple services within the facility, or a group event, we do request a 50% booking fee AND 48 hours’ prior notice for CANCELLATIONS. Any cancellation with less than the required amount of notice may result in New Youth KEEPING your deposit. Again, this down Payment will be credited to your account AFTER SERVICES have been rendered.
